Refund policy

We want you to love what you bring into your home. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

RETURN WINDOW
You may return any unused item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

CONDITIONS
— Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging
— Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required
— Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective

HOW TO START A RETURN
Email us at hello@decorvybe.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the next steps.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Items marked as final sale, gift cards, and items damaged through misuse are not eligible for return.
